Less than Two years ago: GM announces they will be closing the Janesville auto factory by 2010.
Less than One year ago: Despite growing budget concerns from declining enrollment, we’ll rebate the taxpayers the school district surplus!!
Today: Enrollment drop concerns Janesville officials.
The most difficult decision for Janesville officials will be: Who will they give the award to? Trust me, they will reward somebody for this.
