Was No Ban Protest Banned from Court House Park?
I can't speak for the people who organized the #NoBanNoWall demonstration in Janesville on Saturday, but I sure was curious why the event wasn't held at Court House Park.
Court House Park is for all practical purpose, Janesville's "public square" and approximately 300 feet from Paul Ryan's home town congressional office.
As you can see from the photos below taken at the same time (Saturday, 12:30 PM) several hundred people were gathering in a neighborhood park several blocks away, there was nothing scheduled at the park. It was empty.
