More than four full years after Gov. Scott Walker promised a billionaire that he'll use a strategy of "divide and conquer" implemented under the auspice of government power to transform Wisconsin into a right-to-work anti-union red-state she long pined for, Wisconsin is still reeling backwards under his boot.

To date, the billionaire has given Walker more than $5.5 million for all his dirty work while dozens of special interest groups led by Wisconsin Manufacturers and Commerce (WMC), Americans For Prosperity and Club For Growth continue to wage an ideological war on the backside of targeted constituencies.
