It turns out that some school districts may be getting more money from the state than originally projected if spending is left unchanged. The Janesville school district for instance may receive up to $2.29 million more than anticipated. People concerned over the state budget should write to Mark Green telling him to insist the Janesville School District and others reject any additional money. Tell him the schools are flush in Bush taxcut dollars and don’t need this money and he should make it a campaign issue.

I guess we don't need to pay the school fees then this year if the state is giving us more money. I have two children in highschool and the school fees alone for the first day of school are $250.00. $300.00 with a parking pass. Without buying the supplies and clothing.
If the school district gets the extra money, it'll be very interesting what they are going to do with it. They can do a lot withan extra $2 million.
They could maybe put that money towards the improvements of the schools they say they need.
